From Mountaintop to Citycenter – Uni Innsbruck science waltz for international filmmakers and friends
Starting at Hafelekar on top of the Nordkette mountain ridge, this multidisciplinary field trip will lead you through all the altitudinal belts down to Metropol Cinema at Innsbruck city center. Guided by a multidisciplinary team of experts from Innsbruck University, specific aspects concerning the Innsbruck area – from geography, meteorology to geology and many more – will be shown live and hands on.
This field trip will be held in English.
It consists of a cable railway ride up to Hafelekar and afterwards an approx. 8km hike over 1700 vertical meters back down again.
