LA VIE EST DANS LE PRÉ (LIFE BEYOND MONSANTO)
Paul François is a French farmer who grows cereal grains on his land. In 2004, he suffered from poisoning from a Monsanto weedkiller, which was reason enough for him to take Monsanto to court. After many long years of hesitation and doubt, Paul has ventured a new start, both personally and professionally and converted his faming to organic.
The documentary shows the one-year journey from the last “chemical” harvest to the first without pesticides and the outcome of a symbolic 12-year court battle between Paul François and Monsanto.
