The Koi Bar at Lansersee has become a venue for all those who live in Innsbruck and love international atmosphere & food. The interior in dark marble and glass blocks is inspired by cosmopolitan bars. Outside, a large terrace extends directly over the Lansersee.
Here they offer Asian fusion cuisine from the Japanese Robata charcoal grill, authentic ramen and fermented vegetable specialities like kimchi.
The Koi Bar runs a farm-to-table concept: most of the vegetables are home-grown from Seehof – their own farm around Lake Lanser. Tyrolean conservation varieties grow here alongside Japanese and Chinese vegetable rarities.
