SHEPHERDS OF THE EARTH
A story about Homo Sapiens. Where does he come from and where is he going? Turkana in Kenya is known as the Cradle of Humankind. Finds from early human history there can be dated back up to 3.5 million years. Today, the Daasanach tribe call it their home. Spanish scientist Álvaro joins them to study the relationship between man and nature. Different worlds with different values regarding wildlife and nature collide. A fascinating documentary about the nomadic struggle for survival, poaching, nature park rangers and tribal fights, but also scarce resources and prehistoric fossils.
