„Leafcutter Ants“ by Catherine Chalmers
In the exhibition “Leafcutter Ants” by Catherine Chalmers, the internationally award-winning film and eight art photos lead the viewer down into the world of leafcutter ants.
In her pictures, the New York-based artist colonizes the Earth with ants, “Colonize the Earth” ennobles the insects in her images and inspects them under a magnifying glass. According to her own statement, her works are an amalgam of art, science and nature. What better fit for the INNSBRUCK NATURE FESTIVAL?
